A Note from Jessa
From a young age, I've been drawn to real estate. Growing up, my father was an architect and my mother enjoyed spending Saturdays checking out open houses. Our family spent weekends volunteering through Habitat for Humanity. My parents helped with building; my sister and I hosted a lemonade stand on the construction site and donated the profits.
I graduated from St. Francis High School in Sacramento and then Loyola University in New Orleans with a degree in Communications with an emphasis on Journalism. With backgrounds in both customer service and management, I'm detail-oriented, personable, an excellent negotiator, and a highly effective communicator.
My core beliefs are in work that is marked by integrity, advocacy for my clients under all circumstances, and unparalleled customer service. I love the character in older homes and the fresh beauty in newer, well-done ones. I believe that owning a home is something truly special. Amazing, beautiful memories and bonds are built in a home. My passion is in helping people find a home of their own to grow those memories.

Real Estate Journey Begins
Earned my real estate license in Washington and began helping clients find their perfect homes.
2017
Office Manager
Stepped into the role of Office Manager for a CENTURY 21 franchise in the Seattle area, but came back to working with clients because that's where my heart is.
2019
Return to California
Moved back to my hometown of Sacramento and added a California license. Joined the Realty ONE Group Complete family at the Sierra Oaks office.

I grew up in East Sacramento and now live in Carmichael with my husband, Robbie; our three children; and our family dog, Harlin. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, entertaining at our home, and cheering the kids on - in both sports and theater.
